In Process Quality Control

  • All tooling fully tested and evaluated to comply with all specifications and safety standards.
  • Quality Control department and top management issue documentation to authorise mass production to customer requirements.
  • We use approved sampling standards to carry out in-process inspection. (we conduct workmanship check, visual check, stuffing check on 100% of products, and we Quality Control 5 pieces at random per hour to conduct the pull test on eyes, ears and seam of the toy body, and the records are available for any required inspection body.)
  • Rejected lots: identified and segregated from accepted lots. (Rejected lots are separated, repaired and rechecked. If they are irreparable, they are cut and destroyed.)
  • There are written instructions available and also approved samples attached to all areas to give workers a guideline.
  • All the inspection and test equipment is sufficiently reliable to verify the conformance of the semi-finished or final products.
  • Test equipment is yearly calibrated by Dongguan Institute of Metrological Verification, with relevant certificate

  • Master cartons are sealed immediately after filling.
  • Products are cross counted into master cartons accurately and to customer requirements to avoid any possibility of shortage of products.
  • Master cartons are marked with sequential carton number, lot code on the front and date code on the side.
